Tracksuit offers a L&D budget following the Culture Amp 3E framework: 10% Education, 20% Exposure, 70% Experience. Education includes free and paid courses, books, and other resources. Exposure involves mentoring, networking events, and conferences. Experience is driven by our 1:1 template, where managers and reports decide on stretch goals and a development plan.
