How it works

Set up
Our in-house research experts set up your survey using a tried and tested methodology. We partner with Dynata, the world’s largest panel provider, who connects us to the humans that will complete your survey. This is the same source used by enterprise-level brand trackers for many of the world's leading brands, like Amazon and Spotify.

Surveying
We continuously survey a nationally representative sample of people based on age, gender and region. Respondents are carefully qualified into a category based on purchase behaviour. Once surveying is complete, our data is rigorously cleaned and weighted to census population counts for accuracy before landing in your dashboard.

Insights
You’ll get a benchmark read of your brand health in 30 days, with insights updated in your Tracksuit dashboard monthly (we’ll send you an email when your data is ready). A dedicated Brand Champion will be on hand to help you navigate and interpret your data with thorough onboarding and quarterly check-in sessions.
